Pearson Test of English Offered at Helen Doron English Learning Centres
Students who want certified confirmation of their English language learning achievements can now take Pearson Tests of English (PTE) at selected Learning Centres for students.
Divided into two series of tests, PTE Young Learners and PTE General, the tests are designed to assess the English proficiency of students who are non-native speakers and cover the full range of English levels learned in Helen Doron English learning courses.
PTE Young Learners (designed for children around the ages of 8 to 13) is a great way to measure children's progress and achievements in learning English as a foreign language. As learners progress through each level, PTE testing allows them to identify their own strengths and track improvements.
PTE General (designed for ages 12 upwards to 17+) is a comprehensive and coherent assessment programme that covers all the Common European Framework (CEF) levels. PTE assessment results are used by test takers who are looking for an internationally recognized English test that allows them to build a portfolio of their language ability for travel, further education or to improve their employment prospects.
